Colby Morton
Credentials: Colby completed his Masters degree at Samuel Merritt University in Oakland, CA as a family nurse practitioner. He is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, as well as being certified to train patients on Medtronic Insulin pumps.
Experience: Colby has been an FNP since 2016. He spent 1 year as a NP in General medicine, 4 years in Endocrinology, and another 5 years as an ICU RN at California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco.
Specialties: Colby is a specialist in Endocrinology. He has extensive experience working with patients with Diabetes, obesity, metabolism and thyroid disease. Colby also stays current with the latest medical technology, with continuous clinical practice with insulin pumps.
Personal: In his free time, Colby enjoys exercising, CrossFit, cooking, spending time with his beautiful wife and 3 children.
Dr. Leila Chaychi
Credentials: Dr. Chaychi has completed her fellowship in Endocrinology at Dartmouth Medical school. She completed part of her residency at Yale school of medicine after working as research fellow in Harvard Medical school for two years. Dr. Chaychi accepted an academic faculty position as an assistant professor at the Miller School of Medicine at the University of Miami and served as faculty for three years. She received a number of grants for clinical research both as fellow and faculty.
Experience: Endocrinologist for over 10 years.

Personal: Dr. Chaychi enjoys sports, such as running and skiing, playing piano, cooking, spending time with her family, and playing with her children.
