A Complete Care membership means you’ll be on an annual plan.When signing up for membership, we give you the option to either pay monthly or in a lump sum, at which time you’ll need to include your credit card information.If you choose to pay monthly, you’ll be charged the first monthly payment on the date you sign up, and every month following that. If you choose to pay everything upfront, you’ll be charged the total amount upon signup. Invoices will be sent to you via email.Please note: Monthly membership fees are designed to cover the total cost of your allotted appointments in your membership year. Membership fees do not necessarily equate to monthly visits.
